Overview
  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in a fast-paced quick service restaurant (QSR) environment.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing staff performance, training, and development to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Help implement company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality regulations.
  • Coordinate shift schedules, monitor attendance, and manage labor costs to optimize workforce productivity.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and controlling wastage to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness within the local community.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless communication and service flow.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics such as sales, expenses, and profitability, assisting in budget adherence and reporting.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees to build a competent and motivated team.
  • Maintain accurate records related to operations, staff, and compliance for audit and management review.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards for food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
  • Support emergency and incident management procedures to safeguard staff and customers.
