This role involves driving the growth and expansion of educational services by actively engaging with prospective students and their families to promote and enroll them in courses such as JEE, NEET, and foundation programs. - The executive will serve as a key point of contact, providing detailed information about course offerings, admission procedures, and benefits to potential candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive admission experience.
- Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential students through various channels, conducting counseling sessions to understand their academic goals, and guiding them towards suitable educational pathways.
- Effective communication in English and the regional language is essential to connect with diverse student demographics and address their queries comprehensively.
- The role demands a proactive approach to meet admission targets, requiring consistent follow-up, relationship building, and collaboration with internal teams to facilitate enrollment processes.
- Working six days a week, including mandatory Saturdays and Sundays, the executive must demonstrate commitment and flexibility to meet organizational goals.
- Additionally, the position requires staying updated on competitive educational offerings and market trends to effectively position the company's courses and maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance metrics will focus on the number of successful admissions, quality of counseling provided, and contribution to overall business growth.Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and parents to explain course details and admission procedures.
- Conduct counseling sessions to assess student needs and recommend appropriate courses.
- Maintain and update records of interactions and admissions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and organize promotional events.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and admission guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and counseling skills.
