Job Description:

1. Talent Acquisition:

 - Source and onboard capable individuals from diverse professional backgrounds.

 - Assess candidate potential and align them with Kotak Life's sales vision.

 - Ensure a quality talent pipeline through consistent and strategic recruitment efforts.

2. Training & Capability Building:

 - Conduct structured onboarding programs and ongoing product/process training.

 - Coach team members on consultative selling, market analysis, and client relationship

management.

 - Facilitate certifications and professional development initiatives.

3. Performance Management:

 - Set clear performance expectations and business targets.

 - Provide regular feedback, motivation, and performance-enhancing strategies.

 - Use data insights to monitor productivity and address gaps proactively.

4. Sales Enablement & Business Growth:

 - Guide the team in identifying opportunities, building client trust, and delivering suitable insurance

solutions.

 - Ensure business is conducted in a compliant and customer-centric manner.

 - Drive sustainable revenue growth aligned with the company's goals.

5. Collaboration & Reporting:

 - Maintain accurate MIS reports and communicate performance updates to management.

 - Work closely with regional teams for alignment of growth strategies
