modern e-commerce ecosystem. We’re now looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Executive to amplify our digital presence and fuel 

our next phase of growth.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

 

Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social platforms

 

 

Analyze ad performance, track KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc.), and continuously improve campaigns

 

 

Design high-converting creatives using Canva and coordinate with the content/design team as needed

 

 

Run A/B tests to refine targeting, messaging, and creatives

 

 

Collaborate with sales and growth teams to align campaign goals with business objectives

 

 

Stay updated on trends in online advertising and recommend new growth strategies

 

 

Manage campaign budgets and deliver maximum results within spend limits

 

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

 Proven experience running Google & Facebook Ads (min. 1-2 years)

 Strong analytical mindset and hands-on with campaign dashboards and metrics

 Proficiency in Canva for creating impactful visuals

 Bonus: Previous experience in e-logistics or e-commerce space

 Creative thinker with a passion for testing, learning, and scaling

 Ability to work independently and bring fresh marketing ideas to the table
