Job Description:
Able to communicate in at least one regional language: Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, or Telugu. Proficient in basic English communication.
Responsible for making sales and marketing calls to customers.
Coordinate with customers (Architects/ Interior Designers/ consultants/ Builders/ System Integrators ) and field executive to manage / schedule meetings , demos and other sales activities. Update communication calls , meetings, quotations on Zoho (CRM)Platforms.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.
Address customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Sales and Non- Sales Targets would be assigned after training period.
