Profile: Business Development Executive (Lighting Solutions)
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Skills:
• Basic knowledge of lighting products and solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) will be a plus.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Language: Proficiency in English, Kannada and Hindi.
Location: Bangalore
Salary: Competitive with performance-based incentives.
Experience: 2-3 years in sales or business development, preferably in the lighting or electrical solutions industry.
Male/Female: Open to both genders.
Work from Home: No.
Call on Sundays: No, unless required for client meetings.
Description:
• Identify and engage with potential clients to generate leads for lighting solutions.
• Promote lighting products to architects, interior designers, contractors, and other builder community and stakeholders.
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities while meeting or exceeding targets.
Job timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00
