Job Summary:  

 We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and guide candidates through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Post job openings on various job boards and company platforms.
- Source and screen candidates through resumes and interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in recruitment or a related HR role (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
