Job Description:

1. Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 – 7 years of experience in sales, product application, or R&D, preferably in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, FMCG, or allied industries.

2. Requisite Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients, formulations, and applications.

• Ability to interpret product specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

• Experience in product trials, technical troubleshooting, and customer support

3. Job Description:

Business Development:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.

• Engage with large B2B customers, focusing on product application and customization.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with R&D teams, procurement teams, and decision-makers.

• Present suitable product solutions based on thorough analysis of customer requirements.

• Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and trials at client locations.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close successful deals.

• Meet and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.

Client Relationship & Coordination:

• Maintain detailed records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.

• Work closely with internal teams (logistics, customer service, marketing) to deliver seamless customer experiences.

• Coordinate dispatches and invoice generation with the logistics team.

• Represent Chemkart at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the brand and products.

Technical Support & Product Application:

• Understand the specifications and applications of Chemkart's product portfolio.

• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to offer customized product solutions.

• Stay updated on evolving regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Market Intelligence:

• Conduct competitor analysis and highlight technical differentiators.

• Monitor customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.

• Provide insights into market trends and potential product development areas.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain records of client visits, technical interactions, and sales progress.

• Submit monthly reports on achievements, challenges, customer feedback, and overall business impact.

• Align technical sales initiatives with company revenue goals.
