Overview
This role supports leadership in driving creative excellence and team performance within design projects focused on both B2B and B2C brand initiatives. The position involves managing a design team to deliver cohesive branding, logo design, and visual storytelling through video editing and brand moodboards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of designers to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with brand strategies.
- Oversee creation and refinement of branding assets including logos and brand moodboards for diverse clients.
- Coordinate video editing projects to enhance brand communication and marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of design experience with proven team management capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.
- Experience working on both B2B and B2C brand projects with a solid understanding of branding principles.
