Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA with 5–6 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate should have hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications, both manually and through automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute test cases for Salesforce applications.
Perform manual and automated testing.
Identify and track defects; ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environment.
Conduct regression and integration testing.
Required Skills:
3+ years of Salesforce QA experience.
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects.
Experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, Provar (or similar).
Understanding of QA processes, SDLC, and STLC.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Good to Have:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, App Builder, PD 1).
API testing experience (REST/SOAP).
Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
