Job Description:
Our client located at BENGALURU is a niche electronics R&D and Production Company specializing in innovative technology solutions for the Defence, Aerospace, and Satellite sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Generation
• Understand the company’s product portfolio and custom solutions for H/w & S/w.
• Translate customer requirements into leveraging in-house expertise and third-party integrations.
• Drive business growth through consistent achievement of sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Conduct technical presentations and value proposition pitches to clients and stakeholders.
• Explore newer applications and markets.
• Gather customer feedback for improvements.
3. Strategy & Brand Development
• Contribute to strategic planning for market expansion and customer acquisition.
• Enhance the company’s brand visibility through participation in industry events.
• Develop customer retention programs.
• Plan and implement team growth and resource allocation aligned with sales targets.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Deep understanding of Electronics, instrumentation, embedded systems, and solution-based sales.
• Strong business acumen with ability to strategize and execute go-to-market plans.
• Existing network within the Defence, Aerospace, and Satellite industry is preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
• Aggressive and target-driven mindset with a pleasant demeanor.
• Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: B.E. in EEE, ECE, or ECS. MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, preferably in Defence & Aerospace sectors.
• Certifications (Preferred): Sales Strategy, Government Business Development, or Product Management.
