Job Description:
Overview
This role focuses on driving sales growth through effective communication and customer engagement within a dynamic inside sales environment. The candidate will contribute to revenue generation by managing inbound and outbound sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers via phone and email to promote products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Hindi and English for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey product information.
- Ability to work six days a week with one day rotational off, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with CRM software to manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Prior experience in inside sales or tele-sales roles.
