Overview
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support by effectively communicating in both English and Hindi. The position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience through clear and empathetic communication.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in English and Hindi.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information about products or services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work six days a week with one day rotational off.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools or CRM software.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in a customer support role or call center environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience in handling difficult customers.
- Knowledge of additional languages or technical product knowledge.
