Opening with a firm established for 18 years serving Corporate Clients. The Job offers great opportunity to learn data management, administration and in HR management. 

The Job location is in Mulund (West) with 6 days work in Office. Candidates residing on Central suburbs or willing to travel should apply. 

Job Description

1. Generating & maintaining day to day MIS Data and updating the management

2. Compilation of sales data, Preparing the Target and Achievement report

3. Maintaining tracking and preparation of MIS reporting

4. Client Co-ordination

5. Preparing & publishing reports on Weekly & Monthly basis using Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Conditional Formatting, Sorting, Filtering, etc

6. Maintain and update database as per changing requirements

7. Data analysis

8. Collection of data of sales, field work, retail sales.

9. Creating data masters 

Profile / Skills

1. Good Keyboard skills, 30-40 words per minute

2. Advance Excel ( Pivotable, Vlookup, Dashboard, Conditional function, etc ] preferred

3. Email management

4. Communication 

5. Hard working with timely delivery 

6. Graduates or post-graduates. Under graduates with exceptional skills will be considered

7. Experience is preferred but Freshers can also apply
