As Director of Sales, you will define and execute sales strategies, lead complex sales cycles, and represent the company in key client interactions—strengthening market presence and enabling sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, client presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
Conduct executive-level client presentations and business discussions to articulate company capabilities and solutions
Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with key and enterprise clients
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across target markets
Lead commercial negotiations and finalize contracts in line with company goals
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client engagement and successful delivery
Monitor and manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of proven success in B2B / Enterprise Sales
Strong expertise in client presentations, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management
Demonstrated ability to close high-value and complex deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
