About This Role We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can help shape the expression of our brand through all marketing communications and act as a conduit to the product design team in order to ensure the brand comes to life through our product/service experience as well. We look forward to this person performing hands-on design work and developing compelling creative solutions across various marketing touch points including: Prints/Digital Advertising Assets, Email Designs, Social Media Creatives, Videos, Event/Interactive Experiences corporate collateral, and more. Your work will directly touch millions of students, counselors, educators & institutions and you will own the expression of Cialfo’s brand through our marketing channels. What You Will Be Doing Create highly effective designs/ short videos for digital marketing campaigns, event experiences, interactive experiences, and corporate collateral. Create and format all visual elements for campaigns across social, email, print, and out of home, focusing on typography, layout, imagery, iconography, and brand consistency. Ensure the whole brand identity is consistently represented across all designs internally and externally. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure superior quality, cohesion, and impact of creative solutions across all marketing touch-points. Incorporate constructive feedback from stakeholders into final deliverables. About You Qualifications A degree or diploma in graphic design/ fine arts/ multimedia design, or a related field. Experience 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with some knowledge of motion graphics/ video editing tools & techniques to work on various media project types and styles Strong portfolio of digitally-focused marketing and advertising campaigns. Portfolio featuring examples of visual interaction design work (Please share a personal portfolio/website link). Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro & After Effects). Skills & Qualities Proficient in verbal and written English. Comfortable in managing multiple projects of varying complexities at once, meeting deadlines, working independently and well under pressure.
