Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales efforts including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new leads and opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads as sales opportunities
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships by follow-ups on initial contacts and nurture long-term prospects
Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies. Share insights and feedback from client interactions to help refine sales tactics and product development
Maintain a well-organized, updated pipeline of prospects and current clients in CRM and other prospecting tools
Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of proven experience in SaaS outbound sales in North America market
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
Proficiency in CRM, prospecting software
Familiarity with different outbound sales techniques and pipeline management
Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills
Ability to work in the US time zone - 6 pm to 3 am IST
