The role demands sales and operations for Fixed Departures/ Group Packages in Europe and other long haul destinations. In this role, you will help provide quotes to find the best value options available and make bookings for transport, accommodation, sightseeing activities and other travel related activities a client may need. ● Handling traveller queries and taking travel requirements ● Understand clients requirement and offer packages accordingly ● Coordinating with operations team. ● Handling operations/sales for outbound tour enquiries (Understanding of European destination is preferred) ● Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution ● Post sales file operations, Invoicing ● Achieve the assigned sales targets ● Responsible to ensure that the tour is operated smoothly.
