We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive/ Account Manager with a strong background in selling FinTech, SaaS, and digital transformation solutions to Banks and NBFCs. The ideal candidate has deep BFSI relationships, understands digital lending/payments ecosystems, and can drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles. What do we want you to do: Drive new customer acquisition across Banks & Financial Institutions. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → demos → proposals → negotiation → closure. Build strong CXO-level relationships (CIO, CTO, COO, CDO, Heads of Lending/Payments). Respond to RFPs/RFIs, prepare commercial proposals, manage deal governance. Work closely with product & solution teams to tailor use-case–driven value propositions. Track market trends in digital banking, payments, API banking, and regulatory changes. What would help make your case: 8–12 years in enterprise/BFSI application sales; 5+ years in FinTech SaaS or platform sales. Strong understanding of Payments (domestic/cross border), API Banking, KYC/Onboarding, integration and Compliance solutions. Proven experience selling to Tier-1/2 banks and large financial institutions. Strong network of senior BFSI stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation & consultative selling skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
