JOB DESCRIPTION :  To achieve the Order/Sales targets for nozzles and systems.  Identifying and networking with prospective (existing/new) customers; generating business from existing/new customers and achieving profitability and increase sales growth.  To study the application and suggest the suitable solution for different industries.  Preparing quotation for nozzles and systems.  To coordinate with all respective departments for sales related activities ( like design, dispatch, quality, accounts, production etc.).  To get necessary approvals from the customer end for executing the order.  Timely submission of daily activity report and monthly report.  Analyzing marketing trends & tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for Product enhancement & fine-tuning sales & marketing Strategies.  Meeting with the customers to promote the new product by giving demos and assist with the development of the existing product.  Demonstrating products, services and solutions to potential clients.  Delivering presentations and demos to customer.  Negotiating variation in price, delivery, specification and other terms.  Participating trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.  Offering after-sales support services.  Attending and Resolving customer complaints as and when required.  Responsibility of collecting customer feedback survey form.

Essential Skills • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, SDR or similar role • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) • Track record of achieving sales quotas • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce,Zoho,Outreach) • Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts) • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to deliver engaging presentations • Experience with Data Sourcing Tools (e.g Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io) • Experience with ABM (Account Based Marketing) not necessary but useful for handling.
