In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with recruitment tools like Greenhouse and other industry-leading applicant tracking systems. Experience using online testing platforms for technical assessments of engineers (e.g., HackerRank, Codility, etc.). Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Experience with operations-heavy business models such as on-demand, marketplace, or logistics is a plus. Familiarity with recruiting from Tier-1 colleges in India is a significant advantage.
