Approval for Raw Materials & substitute new raw materials. * Assist Manager for documentation of Reports & ensure preparation of Technical Data sheets & SOPs related product development. * New Party Raw Material Evaluation, Outside Party Sample Testing & Reporting in guidance of Manger. * Giving presentation regarding product for reputed customers. * Maintaining quality records related to incoming inspection, Raw material test result analysis & problem resolution. * Understand the new requirement and analysis and implementation on the same. * Implementation in various process sections and making SOP for the same. * ISO documentation and NABL certification of various test parameters as per requirement. * Overall responsibility for internal technical problems and resolution for the same. * Knowledge of all the Test i.e. Tensil, Hardness, Reo Meter, Mooney, Raw Material. * Ensure proper working of all lab equipments & arrange for proper working.
