Work closely with the product and technical teams to provide feedback and enhance product features. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Offer training sessions to clients on how to use the lexlegis.ai platform effectively. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to product usage. Provide support for product updates and new feature rollouts. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent communication and client satisfaction. Required Qualifications Prior experience in customer support, product demos, or client-facing roles is a plus. Strong understanding of AI-based platforms, particularly legal tech solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic troubleshooting methods is a plus. Willingness to learn about AI technology and legal processes.
