Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee sales operations, business development, and customer engagement within a specific geographic territory. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. • 3+ years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in hearing aids, medical devices, pharma, or retail healthcare industries. • Strong understanding of B2C and B2B sales processes. • Good knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior. • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Preferred Experience: • Candidates with experience in hearing aid, audiology, retail healthcare, optical chains, or medical device companies are preferred. • Experience in managing ATL and BTL activities is an advantage.
