What You’ll Do
As a Growth Marketer at Inventive AI, you will:
Own and optimize the growth funnel: Drive awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns across multiple channels.
Design and run growth experiments: Create hypotheses, set clear reasons behind each experiment, run A/B tests, and measure impact.
SEO & content execution: Contribute to our content engine by handling on-page optimization, keyword research, and messy but critical tasks like blog updates, FAQs, and internal linking.
Paid ads support: Assist in ideating, setting up, and analyzing paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Prior experience is a plus.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and SEO/content partners to align campaigns with company OKRs.
Data-driven execution: Track metrics, create dashboards, and surface insights to help the team double down on what works.
What We’re Looking For
First-principles thinker: You break down problems to fundamentals instead of relying on playbooks.
Growth funnel understanding: You know how awareness → acquisition → activation → retention works, and how to move users across stages.
Experimentation mindset: You don’t just “do campaigns”—you ask why, define success metrics, and evaluate outcomes.
SEO basics: You can execute hands-on SEO tasks, optimize content, and handle the “messy but necessary” growth work.
Plus (not mandatory): Knowledge of paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Analytical & detail-oriented: Comfortable with spreadsheets, analytics dashboards, and attribution.
Bias for action: Willing to experiment, iterate, and move fast.
