Overview
This role focuses on driving the growth of an online ordering platform targeted at restaurants across the USA by leveraging both digital marketing and customer onboarding strategies.

  • The individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and optimizing organic and paid marketing channels to attract restaurant clients effectively.
  • They will work closely with sales and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences that convert prospects into active users of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to generate qualified leads from the restaurant industry.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for organic growth and paid advertising strategies.
  • Manage paid advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling marketing materials tailored to the restaurant segment.
  • Implement and manage customer onboarding processes to ensure smooth adoption of the online ordering platform by new restaurant clients.
  • Provide training and support to restaurant partners during onboarding to maximize platform utilization and satisfaction.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to marketing campaigns and onboarding success metrics.
  • Continuously improve marketing and onboarding workflows based on customer feedback and data insights.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices relevant to the restaurant and SaaS industries.
