The company  is America’s leading local monitoring company,  based in New York, serving the media and advertising industries with near real-time intelligence on broadcast TV, cable, radio, print and digital. The company is accredited by the Media Ratings Council (MRC) for its Radio, Cable and Broadcast spot monitoring services.

• Managing all functions of Employee Relations covering Employee and Industrial Relations Employee Performance Management, Recruitment.

• Managing all functions of Employee Development covering Training (Internal & External)

• Managing all functions of Salary & Benefit Administration covering Salary Management, Benefit Administration, Time Management System and Quality

• Manage the recruitment, selection, entry and induction process of personnel, in order to ensure the selection of the most suitable candidates for the company.

• Direct control and plan all activities within the  office.

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify weakness and improve employee’s skills.

• Effectively plan and manage all aspects of training programs for the company.

• Maintaining and updating manual policies and procedures of the office.

• Complete all on-boarding and off-boarding formalities for all employees.

• Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management.

• Coordinate and communicate with HR Managers of the other offices in Malaysia and the Dominican Republic to ensure parity and a sense of collaboration while maintaining a regular (weekly) touchpoint.

• Work closely with Admin, IT and Finance towards running a smooth operation that is mindful of costs.
