Hiring Pre-sales Trainee:

We are currently seeking a Pre-sales trainee to join our organization. As a Pre-sales trainee, you will be crucial in engaging potential customers and promoting our services.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Adept at effectively handling customers and addressing their needs.

Capable of making 100-120 calls per day.

Willingness to work six days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays, with one weekday off.

Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi languages.

Previous experience in tele-calling, with a minimum of 6 months, will be an added advantage.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering a scripted pitch to customers and customizing it to suit individual needs.

Handling outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and gathering feedback on customers' experiences with our services.

Collecting and recording customer details, such as names, addresses, and phone numbers, for further processing.

Demonstrating proficiency in tele-calling and fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages.

Maintaining and regularly updating the customer database.

Making calls to customers from the database and ensuring accurate record management.

Providing customers with essential and accurate information during calls.

Note: This traineeship comes with an opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on your performance.

Location: Hyderabad, Banjara Hills.

Job Type: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 3 days working from home)

Traineeship Salary: 10,000-15,000 per month

Salary if converted: 2,00,000-3,00,000 LPA
