Job Description:
Sales and Business Development
Identify and target potential clients in various industries, such as commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to prospective clients.
Technical Expertise
Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding fire protection systems.
Understand and interpret technical specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with the engineering and design team to develop customized solutions.
Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements.
Proposal and Contract Management
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery and installation of fire protection systems.
Project Management
Oversee the implementation of fire protection systems to ensure they meet client specifications and industry standards.
Provide project management support, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Address any issues or concerns that arise during the installation process.
Customer Support and Training
Offer after-sales support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services.
Conduct training sessions for clients and end-users on the proper use and maintenance of fire protection systems.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
