Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION : To achieve the Order/Sales targets for nozzles and systems. Identifying and networking with prospective (existing/new) customers; generating
business from existing/new customers and achieving profitability and increase sales
growth. To study the application and suggest the suitable solution for different industries. Preparing quotation for nozzles and systems. To coordinate with all respective departments for sales related activities ( like design,
dispatch, quality, accounts, production etc.). To get necessary approvals from the customer end for executing the order. Timely submission of daily activity report and monthly report. Analyzing marketing trends & tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable
inputs for Product enhancement & fine-tuning sales & marketing Strategies. Meeting with the customers to promote the new product by giving demos and assist with
the development of the existing product. Demonstrating products, services and solutions to potential clients. Delivering presentations and demos to customer. Negotiating variation in price, delivery, specification and other terms. Participating trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. Offering after-sales support services. Attending and Resolving customer complaints as and when required. Responsibility of collecting customer feedback survey form.
