Job Description:
We're looking for a bright and ambitious fresher to join this role and play a key role in driving sales and growth for Ekaant. This unique opportunity offers you the chance to work directly alongside our founders and Strategic Sales Advisor, gaining invaluable insights and mentorship from industry veterans.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and qualification.
- Conduct customer outreach and discovery calls to understand needs and pain points.
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the founders and Strategic Sales Advisor on developing long-term sales and growth strategies for Ekaant products.
- Track and analyze sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a strong academic record (in any discipline).
- Demonstrated interest in sales, marketing, and/or business development (relevant coursework, projects, and internships a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and a quick learner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
