    Role Objective The Associate Marketing & Outreach will be responsible for strategizing and successful execution of the Marketing Strategy with a key focus on DAUs & MAUs and Monthly Subscription Value. Job Description - Finalize the Marketing and Media mix basis the monthly business plan - Identify, partner and collaborate with local partners for events and local promotions driving the conversions - Finalize customer segment-wise (B2B and B2C) monthly campaigns with master campaigns across channels and the key performance indicators - Identify and partner with affiliate marketing platforms and work on tight KPIs with a key focus on conversions - Review weekly conversion rates, engagement rate, and share rate and reorganize marketing activities - Review and analyse Website and Mobile Traffic and identify drop-offs and plan activities to improve - Identify and partner with local influencers and businesses to reach TG with a key focus on tracking the traffic and conversions - Drive dedicated campaigns for scaling the referrals and monitor the success rate - Review the ROAS of Marketing on a monthly basis and ensure CAC and recovery cycle are within the defined numbers - Strategize and execute a minimum of 1 viral marketing campaign every month Key Performance Indicators - ROAS - CAC (B2B) - CAC (B2C) - % of Organic Users - Marketing spends as % of Monthly Revenue (less than 20%) after 60 days Approach, Skills & Tools - Well-versed with Digital Marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube) - Well-versed in B2B & B2C Marketing, Branding, Events, Partnerships and Collaborations - Excellent presentation and communication skills and eye for detailing - Well-versed with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Knowledge and hands-on with Advanced Excel with Data Analysis, PivotTables, Data Slicers and Formulas - Keen interest in Market and Industry Research - Result Oriented and able to work under pressure
