We are hiring ASE (Application support Engineer) for our banking client who will handle all the queries raised by application/system users i.e. bank's employees.

Salary range: 15000 to 20000
Years of Experience: 6months to 2 years as a Application Support Engineer (English communication must)
Notice: Immediately Joiner (only ready to join profile will be scheduled for the interview)

Education: BE IT, BSc in IT/BCA/CS

Job Role:
· Production support of the software applications.
· Understanding of various software/webs applications.
· Providing support through multiple channels like emails, WhatsApp, phone call
· Co-ordination with internal and external stake holders for issue resolution.
· Preparing excel report on daily basis and reporting senior manager.
Job Requirement
· Working knowledge of banking applications will be preferred.
· Good Verbal & Written Communication skills of English
· Should possess knowledge on MS-Excel.
· Should be graduate and above (IT software first preference).
· Readiness to work 6 days in a week.
· Ability to guide users on usage of system.
· Readiness to work 6 days in a week
· Shift Timing: Dayshift only.
· Communication: English Communication is mandory
