Job Description:

  • OverviewResponsible for overseeing the daily sales activities across multiple product categories to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and analyze product sales data to identify trends, including fast-moving and seasonal products, to optimize inventory and promotional strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales plans that align with company profitability goals, ensuring sustainable growth and market competitiveness.

  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Lead and mentor sales teams to enhance their performance and achieve category sales objectives.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor activities, customer preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
  • Optimize pricing strategies to balance competitiveness with profitability.
  • Forecast sales and inventory requirements to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty within assigned categories.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
