Job Title : AI Engineer
Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal LLMs.
- Work on building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for real-world use cases.
- Implement and fine-tune transformer models using Hugging Face and PyTorch.
- Conduct experiments, benchmark models, and continuously improve performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, LLM architectures, and open-source frameworks.
Required Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) and Multimodal models (e.g., CLIP, Flamingo).
- Expertise in PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proficiency in building RAG-based solutions, integrating vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
- Solid understanding of deep learning concepts, NLP, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience in deploying and scaling AI models in production environments.
- Good programming skills in Python and familiarity with APIs and ML Ops tools.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
- Experience with distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Contributions to open-source projects or research papers in the AI/ML domain.
