Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support our administrative operations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Timesheet Preparation: Accurately compiling and maintaining employee timesheets to ensure correct payroll processing.
  • Account Entry: Managing and recording financial transactions in the accounting system with precision.
  • Attendance Check: Monitoring and verifying employee attendance records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinating with CA: Liaising with Chartered Accountants for financial documentation and compliance matters.
  • GST Return Filing: Preparing and submitting Goods and Services Tax returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • CV Modification: Updating and modifying CVs for internal or external use as needed.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
