    Job Title: Outbound Call executive (Female-Onsite)

    Position Overview:

    As an Outbound Call executive at Marixn Technologies, you will be a crucial part of our sales team, responsible

    for driving business growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients. This role demands a proactive and

    persuasive individual with the ability to effectively communicate the value of our digital services, nurture client

    relationships, and help sales team to achieve sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other digital communication channels.

    • Generate and qualify leads, and set up appointments for the field sales team.

    • Understand client needs and offer solutions that align with their business goals.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing

    their queries.

    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

    • Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to client onboarding.

    • Adhere to business and reporting SOPs to ensure efficiency and transparency.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Graduate/Post-Graduate in any specialization.

    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in English and Kannada.

    • Proficiency in using Microsoft office and other sales tools.

    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
