We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about our products or services, and managing customer inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle

objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our products or services.
• Provide accurate information and answer questions regarding our offerings.
• Identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for the sales team.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and collect feedback.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to ensure timely responses and resolution.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant information to clients.

Qualifications

Under Graduate - Graduate : additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Previous experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred but not required.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
