    Overcome Objections: Address concerns or objections raised by prospects.Provide additional information to alleviate doubts and encourage a positive response.

    Maintain Records:Keep accurate and detailed records of calls, including outcomes and follow-up actions.Update customer information in the database.

    Follow-up Calls:Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads .Build and maintain a rapport with potential customers.

    Customer Feedback:Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant teams.
