Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Tableau Developer to join our team. As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports that provide insights to stakeholders across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create data visualizations, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

Design and implement data models and ETL processes to support Tableau dashboards.

Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau dashboards and data sources.

Stay updated on Tableau best practices and new features.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role.

Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.

Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.

Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Tableau Certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Certified Associate).

Experience with other BI tools such as Power BI or QlikView.

Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
