Job Description:
We are looking to employ an Talent Acquisition Specialist with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization. He/she is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization. They should confer with management to assess, and identify staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will execute recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions.
To ensure success as an Talent Acquisition Specialist, you should focus primarily on acquiring talented candidates who will add value to the organization. An outstanding HR Talent Acquisition specialist should have a network of contacts in the industry and understand how to use social media to attract suitable candidates for current and future posts.
Key responsibilities of the HR Recruiter position include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the selection process.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilizing various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of talent
- Implementing best practices and innovative approaches to optimize the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience
- Contributing to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures
Requirements for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the energy sector or a related industry.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and a track record of successfully filling various positions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
