with expertise in Python, Django, and full-stack development. The ideal 

candidate should have a proven track record of building robust and 

scalable web applications. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be 

responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software 

products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, 

and other stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into 

technical specifications

- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and 

reliable web applications using Python, Django, and related technologies.

- Take ownership of full-stack development, ensuring seamless 

integration between front-end and back-end components.

- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and 

adherence to best practices.

- Optimize and refactor existing code to improve system performance, 

code maintainability, and scalability

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure the smooth 

functioning of applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web 

development, applying them to enhance product features and capabilities.

- Mentor and assist junior developers, providing guidance, code reviews, 

and sharing best practices to foster a collaborative and supportive team 

environment.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection to align 

with the company's long-term goals.
