Senior Engineer - R&D (Design)

▪To lead the team of design engineers and execute multiple projects with focus on quality and adherence to   

   time schedule

▪ Experience in 3D modelling and 2D drawings using a software mainly Creo

▪ Shall have Experience in 3D designing of Automotive engine Casting Parts, Powder Metallurgy, Forging, PDC, GDC

▪ Experience in applying GD&T and Analysis.

▪ Must have sound knowledge of Heat Treatments Processes

▪ Must have knowledge of PLM (Wind Chill)

▪ Must have knowledge of Assy 3D model Tolerance Stackup

▪ Perform analysis, design, verification and maintenance of products in a process-driven, team environment.

▪ Conduct system study and maintain coordination with team members for product documentation, system 

   design & integration, coding, application maintenance, etc.

▪ Interact with customers and ensure that all technical issues are resolved with customers

▪ Lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously by defining and meeting the timelines and managing 

   the resources effectively.

▪ Creo, Auto CAD, MS office tools.

▪ Work with manufacturing and suppliers to achieve producible, quality designs at the lowest possible cost.

▪ Supervise the validation of final product vis-à-vis the market brief, cost and specifications list.

▪ Prepare DFMEA report.

▪ Experience in Water Pump/Drum Gear Shifter/Oil Pump will be added advantage
