    Job Description:

    - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.

    - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

    - Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.

    - Analyze sales data and trends to forecast future sales and set performance targets.

    - Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives and provide feedback and coaching as needed.

    - Manage key client accounts and negotiate contracts and agreements.

    - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

    - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

    Skills Required:

    - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    - Strong leadership and team management skills.

    - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

    - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

    - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

    - MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
