    Position: Head of Sales

    Job location: Desmania, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon

    Experience: 12-20 years


    As the Head of Sales at Desmania Design Pvt Ltd, the main role of incumbent will be to sell product design, industrial design, automotive design, & other design related services, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth through effective sales initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's client base, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills will be critical in achieving the company's sales objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.

    Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

    Manage the KPIs, lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity. Experience in effectively managing a team of 4-5 persons.

    Strong interpersonal skills; a "people's person" who can build rapport with clients and team members.

    Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and concerns. Strong networking skills to build and maintain client relationships.

    Oversee and optimize sales processes, monitor metrics, and implement improvements.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

    Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the design, creative, or related industries.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

    Experience in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.

    Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.

    Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
