Position Title: Sales Executive (Technical Services)

Location : Noida
Department: Sales & Marketing
Age: Under 27 yrs
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering/B.E (B.Tech) in
Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Gender Preference: Male
CTC Range: 5 lakhs
Notice Period: 1 Month
Experience Range: 2-4 Years’ experience in same field (Preferable)
Job Description:-
1.Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to customers on the selection, application, and use of
lubricants.
2.Conduct on-site customer visits to assess lubrication needs and implement optimized lubricant solutions
3.Conduct product trials at identified customer places.
4.Deliver technical training to customers on proper lubricant handling, storage, and maintenance.
5.Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to equipment performance, lubricant compatibility, and lubrication systems.
6.Collaborate with the R&D team/Product Manager to test and evaluate new or reformulated industrial lubricant products.
7.Analyze field data and customer feedback to identify areas for product or service improvements.
8.Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and competitive lubricant products.
9.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, recommendations, and technical support provided.
