Location:-1st Floor, Raghuwanshi Mansion , Raghuwanshi Mill , Next to Phoenix Palladium Mall, Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Job Description:

An individual with effective communication skills and multitasking abilities.

You will be working with a fast scaling team to help with the following.

Keeping a track of Deliverables/Compliances for the clients

Follow up via EMail/WhatsApp for updates.

Taking Feedback from clients.

Solving Client Issues.

Updating accurate information in the database.

Making MIS Reporting.

Updating and Tracking other Administrative Tasks

Tracking incidents with clients

Ensuring that all relevant incidents are coordinated with clients & internal team.

Ensuring that the new revenue is coming and taking off

Tracking company’s communication.

Requirements:-

Experience in MS-Excel.

Interpersonal Skills.

Internship Duration- 6 months
