Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including making job offers and negotiating salary packages.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.

Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.
