Job Description:

As a Manual Designer at our jewelry company, you will play a crucial role in bringing our creative visions to life through meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail. You will work closely with our design team to translate conceptual sketches and ideas into tangible pieces of jewelry that exemplify our brand's aesthetic and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Interpret design concepts and technical drawings to create prototypes and finished jewelry pieces by hand.

Utilize traditional jewelry making techniques such as soldering, stone setting, metal forming, and polishing to craft high-quality pieces.

Select and source materials such as precious metals, gemstones, and other embellishments to enhance the beauty and value of each piece.

Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the design throughout the production process.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in jewelry making.

Continuously refine and improve manual techniques to achieve superior craftsmanship and innovation in jewelry design.

Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials to inspire creativity and maintain competitiveness in the market.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Manual Designer or Jewelry Artisan, with a portfolio showcasing craftsmanship and creativity

In-depth knowledge of Jewelry materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes, with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship..

Proficiency in traditional jewelry making techniques, including soldering, stone setting, metalwork, and finishing.

Strong attention to detail and precision in executing intricate designs and delicate work.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, taking direction from designers and contributing ideas to the creative process.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Knowledge of jewelry materials, gemstones, and their properties, with a keen eye for selecting high-quality materials.
