Indibni Business Group is currently seeking an Sourcing Manager to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our business expansion efforts in our target market, with a focus on vendor management and sourcing of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet our organization's needs.

Identify and establish relationships with profitable suppliers, fostering business and organizational partnerships.

Negotiate with external vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Approve the procurement of necessary goods and services.

Finalize purchase details for orders and oversee their timely delivery.

Review and assess existing contracts.

Monitor and report on key operational metrics to enhance cost efficiency.

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure clarity regarding company specifications and expectations.

Anticipate changes in the bargaining power of suppliers and clients, preparing for unfavorable events through data analysis and control strategies.

Implement risk management for supply contracts and agreements.

Exercise control over spending and promote a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience in roles such as Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer, or Head of Procurement.

Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, along with the ability to assess market conditions.

Proficiency in negotiation and networking.

Familiarity with supplier or third-party management software.

Strong decision-making skills and a comfort with working with numerical data.

Experience in data collection and analysis.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Eligibility:

Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of relevant work experience in the same domain.

A relevant degree or diploma in the field is considered a plus in this domain.
